PROJECT 1 | DEFINING AND DOCUMENTING A PROJECT
This is a group assignment. In a group of 7, we are expected to define project characteristics, objectives, organizations and success. We are also to apply tools and techniques from Project Managements to control and communicate in the project.




LEARNING OUTCOME
1. Appreciating the different roles of consultants.
2. Learning new tools and techniques for the control and communication within a construction project.
3. Understanding the means of evaluating a successful of failed project.
PROJECT 2 | DOCUMENTATION OF A MEDIUM-SIZED PROJECT
This assignment is aligned with our semester 6 Architecture Design Project. We are to document the journey of the project by applying the principle, tools and techniques we learnt in our previous project individually.

2. Apply Project Management tools and techniques to control and communicate to achieve a common goal
3. Summarize strategies for the execution of the development process in response to the client's objectives.
